Having played through Maddening a number of times, I've settled on a selection of units that I enjoy the most for my playthroughs. End: Support, Dorothea is a great dancer with a decent spell list. But as other mages get more utility with their spell lists, Annette's value plummets. In the end game, her bulk didn't keep up. Also armor knights could never keep up with anyone else, soooo. Class Progression: Soldier > Cavalier > Paladin, Early: Damage- I generally play each game on the highest, reasonable(looking at you Awakening and Radiant Dawn), difficulty for my first play through. Class Progression: Soldier > Thief(for the mastery) > Pegasus Knight > Falcon Knight The book has been conceived as a working manual for screenwriters and offers hands-on advice for solving the many problems that crop up as the work progresses. I also gave her Dancer, so her Avo with a Sword was around 120. He's also not horrible with swords/riding either. Having Bow at A rank also helps her out too giving her Point-Blank Volley as a distant attacking option. Annette (along with Ignatz) is a very good rally unit. She was immediately a powerful physical contender and actually could make enemies ping off of her at end game, while not being doubled. Early: Damage-, Support, Healing Re: Wyvern Lord Annette, I used her on Blue Lions Maddening (with NG+), and was very happy with her. And Lightning Axe only hits once, being a Combat Art. She doesn't get a siege magic spell like Bolting or Meteor. I second wyvern Annette. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Class Progression: Mage>Bishop>Gremory Caspar was very solid throughout the mid-lategame. She was one of my nest unit, doubling everything (I don't play maddening), very high crit ratio. Lysithea is a unit with so many interesting things she can do, mostly warp in endgame. But then again considering how people are able to solo Maddening, that can't possibly be the case.
